A peaceful place, and visiting was an unforgettable experience. I loved it, and I have no regrets about this real time visit at 12:48 AM. Inshallah, my next review will be different. I’d suggest coming for the vibe alone.

The location may be good, with lovely ocean views, but Meraas didn’t build quality apartments here. AC leaks are apparently normal, and they could ruin an expensive renovation. Customer service doesn’t respond properly, the fire alarm system doesn’t work right, and the water heaters are poor quality. After just 2-3 minutes of a hot shower, the water cools down, so there’s no proper hot shower after that. The handover was also delayed by 1.5 years, which made the benefits of this place a total disappointment. Meraas didn’t seem to care. Think twice before choosing a property from them.

Right by the sea, with a great location. Ideal if you enjoy blue skies and watersports.
