Westminster Boulevard Point

We had the worst stay in Dubai here. The place is in a good location, and the Thai guy was good, but Ahmed and Oussama were terrible. They were rude and acted as if they were paying for us. They wasted our time and showed no hospitality. They were supposed to be there for checkout at 12 pm, but no one showed up or answered our texts. After we waited an hour, he arrived without apologizing and started blaming us and making excuses for his mistake. A simple sorry would've been appreciated. They seem to care about money but not investing in quality staff.

Adeel from housekeeping was such a kind person and a real star during our stay at Westminster Boulevard Point. He helped with anything we needed, even small issues, and sorted things out quickly with a smile. His personal touch made us feel at home. The staff were warm and ready to help, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thank you to Adeel and the whole team. I loved staying here and will definitely return. I'd recommend Westminster Boulevard Point to anyone visiting Dubai.

There’s little here beyond basic cleaning, with no food options, children’s facilities, or other amenities you’d expect from hotel apartments. The units were shockingly dirty, and the furniture was in no shape for families, especially with young kids. The managers, Mohammed and Osama, were rude and dismissive. They brushed off feedback, showed no courtesy, and seemed indifferent to guests’ concerns, as if they only cared about getting paid. Management overall was unprofessional and uncooperative. This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. I consider it a complete failure in hospitality, and I’d tell anyone planning to stay here to look elsewhere.

The only good thing was the view of Burj Khalifa from outside. The rest of the experience was unfortunately poor, with slow, unprofessional communication from management. When we were leaving, we asked for someone to help carry our bags at 10:00 am. They arrived at 10:50. Getting into the apartment was just as frustrating. We waited over an hour after arriving, first more than 15 minutes in the car, then another 15 minutes after calling again. Nobody came to help unload our things, and we couldn't check in because the employee wasn't there. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. The maid's room was very dirty, the bed wasn't made, there was a garbage bag and rubbish left behind, and the floor was covered in sand and dust. When we called, the employee said he had left his job but wanted to help. There was no other worker available. The service was well below what we expected.
