We stayed one night with our family while touring Dubai for the first time, including our four-year-old, who has asthma. We paid US $ 2000 and got only 50% of the payment back after calling the cops. The owner was hiding. The ads on agoda and their fb page looked decent, but I feel we were scammed and that it was all fake. Stay away from the deira and najid location, it feels sketchy and not safe. This is the Dubai they don’t show. The room was filthy, with bed bugs, stained sheets, sticky dirty rugs, cock roaches, and generally filthy rooms. The front desk was rude and unhelpful. They acted like they were helping, but said there was nothing they could do. If you stay here, make sure to burn all your clothes afterwards. They should burn this building.

The rooms were really dirty, and the sheets need replacing. The reception wasn’t there when I arrived, so I had to wait. It might be a good location in old Dubai, but the rooms were very bad.

There are plenty of shops and places to eat around White Fort Hotel, plus a nearby mosque that’s convenient for prayers. It’s comfortable enough, and the location is practical and central. Baniyas Metro Station is just a few minutes’ walk away.

I booked six nights through Ixigo and left genuine feedback. The mattress was really uncomfortable to sleep on, and the service from the hotel staff was pathetic. There were lots of cockroaches in the room, the room phone didn’t work, and the safety locker didn’t work either. They don’t even provide water bottles. Be careful and read this before booking.

When we got to white fort, the receptionist said maintenance was going on and sent us to mariana hotel. They sent us on again to another hotel around the corner, where we were given the worst room. Such a bad experience, and a waste of time and money. Don’t go for it.
