The views are among the best in JVC, especially from the upper floors. The location, roomy homes and amenities are all great. I envy the people who managed to get a place here!

I contacted DAMAC on 26/08/2025 and got no response. Their negligence turned what should have been a simple issue into a major disaster and financial loss. When I walked into my apartment today, I found it in a shocking state, as the photos show. This is my experience of DAMAC: careless management, useless staff and no respect for clients. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away.

Update: NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!! The ceiling in my apartment suddenly collapsed and badly damaged my belongings, including perfume and makeup worth over 10k. I had made urgent requests for emergency maintenance, but no one helped in time. This could have seriously harmed someone. Thankfully, I wasn’t in the shower when it happened, or the consequences could have been disastrous. I’m scared and anxious now about the possibility of another accident. I’m deeply disappointed by how management handled this. I’m alive, thankfully, but the outcome could have been dire. This is a serious threat to residents’ health and safety. Management needs to take it seriously, respond to maintenance emergencies promptly and prevent this from happening again. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call.

On a Sunday morning in November 2025, I was there when they ran a fire alarm test, but nobody knew what was happening. We went downstairs and the concierge told us it was only a test. Couldn’t they put a notice in the elevator to let people know? The management was careless, disorganized and completely disastrous.
