Wonderful Stay in Downtown Views

The view is a real wow, with the Burj Khalifa right there. It’s a lovely, stylish flat in the heart of Dubai, and getting to Dubai Mall is so easy: take the elevator down, then follow a short air-conditioned walkway.

Being able to get to Dubai Mall on foot without going outside is a real plus, and the place looks stylish with a great pool. The gym feels tiny for a building this size. Service seems good, especially maintenance, which is needed a lot because something is always going wrong, like leaks. The air conditioning could only be set to 24 degrees, though thankfully they sorted that out after four months. At this price, it just isn’t worth it.

For three months I’ve been trying to get my access card, and nobody has helped. Security keeps refusing to let me through the entrance, even though they open it for my partner straight away. Mohamed and another guard who wouldn’t give his name have been rude and unprofessional, with no respect for residents. I’m left waiting outside for 30 minutes to an hour each time. After a long day at work, that treatment is unacceptable. I work in hospitality and customer service, and I know people shouldn’t be treated this way.

Getting around from this tower is so convenient. The special road from the parking area to the upper Financial Centre street helps you avoid downtown traffic and reach Sheikh Zayed Road quickly. There’s also direct access to Dubai Mall, including the Zabeel part. Maintenance is top-notch too. Absolutely love how easy it all is!
