The room was dirty: there was a pubic hair on the toilet, live flies inside it that I flushed right away, and someone else's blonde hair on the bed. There was lipstick on the toilet paper too. I had the hot water switch on, but got no hot water, so my shower at night was cold. I checked in at 10pm and messaged through their app about all of this. They didn't reply until 1pm the next day, so I slept in a dirty room, probably with unchanged sheets, and had a cold shower. When they finally answered 15 hours later, they said they'd clean the room, then later offered a move to another room. They wouldn't refund even one night, and only offered 15% off an upgrade next time. Given the problems and the long wait for a response, that wasn't enough. I would never stay there again.

The place itself was clean and tidy, but I was frightened when I woke to a staff member trying to get into my locked room. After that, I felt violated and uneasy for the rest of my stay. The same cleaning service apparently removed or threw away food I had put in the fridge. When I reported it, the administration questioned my account and brushed me off. Management doesn't seem to take responsibility for what happens in the shared apartments. They're poor at resolving issues and show little respect for guests' privacy. I still haven't managed to contact the manager. My impression is that their weak customer service lets them avoid situations like this, and that guests then don't get refunds in exceptional circumstances.

Everything we needed was there, so it's an excellent place for a long stay. It's fully equipped, and we only had to get food. The supermarket and cafeteria are within walking distance. We also loved the pools, outdoor seating, and all the activities. The staff were welcoming and helpful, including the security guy. We had a great experience.

The room was fairly clean, and there’s a small grocery store next door. The price was reasonable, though the location in Production City was far from all the major tourist spots.
