City Tower Hotel Fujairah is a practical option for a short business or leisure visit. Its central position makes shopping malls, restaurants, and key attractions easy to reach, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and generally well maintained. Higher floors can offer pleasant city and mountain views. Guests often praise the staff for being courteous, friendly, and helpful, and the amenities are reliable. With the convenient location and reasonable value for money, it makes a solid city stay.

For the price, this is a reasonably worthwhile place to stay, especially because shopping malls, theatres, and restaurants are close by. I’ve been staying in Fujairah more often, so I’ve had opportunities to explore the hotel and its overall experience. The room was clean, but a few small issues stood out. The AC is centrally controlled, so the temperature suddenly becomes high and then low. The washbasin drain in the bathroom is left open, which looks dirty and unpleasant. I noticed that on two stays. Even with those points, I’d still say the hotel offers good value.

The service was very disappointing and inconsistent. At check-in, I was first given a room that had not been cleaned or prepared, then moved elsewhere. I asked for an ashtray and laundry service, but nobody came for over an hour despite several calls. The laundry staff said one day, while reception said two, which showed poor communication. The room phone also needed repair and still had not been fixed when I wrote this, making it difficult to contact reception or other services. When a delivery person brought my food, the hotel would not let them take it to my room and would not send anyone to help, so I had to go downstairs myself. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel in this category. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless customer service improves seriously.

This stay felt like a complete waste of money. The room was dirty and had a strong dusty smell, while the bathroom door was broken and the washbasin was blocked. The toiletries were also poorly handled. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had all been put into one bottle, and the bottle was empty. I was extremely disappointed and would strongly suggest looking at other hotels.
