Fujairah Rotana Resort and Spa

The pool lifeguards were lovely, attentive, and careful about everyone’s safety. We also really appreciated the delicious food and the excellent restaurant service, especially from Xiebel, who was so kind and attentive. Housekeeping kept our room perfectly clean, while the room service and the rest of the welcoming staff made the stay feel wonderful.

Our beachfront villa at Fujaira Rotana had a small private garden where the kids could play, and the beach view was incredibly relaxing. The room was clean and beautiful, and we enjoyed cocktails with a beach view at Sharkeys bar. Xiebel took such good care of us and was kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the food and want to thank Chef Myra, Chef Haroon and Chef Anggelo for making us feel special, including the birthday cake and singing. The restaurant team provided amazing service. From the smiling welcome at arrival to the end, my family had a great time and will remember Fujaira Rotana fondly.

The mountain and beach views were excellent, and the location was great. I liked that the hotel organized activities such as zumba to involve guests. Our room was adequate, while the service was excellent, with staff anticipating what we needed. Xiebel and Kaung were especially proactive. It made our Valentine’s Day stay memorable.

We arrived late at night, yet Xiebel and Aisha arranged a wonderful private dinner for us. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the hotel’s location close to the sea was convenient. We also loved the atmosphere for children. Thank you to the Rotana Hotel for the hospitality, and we’ll be happy to return.
