The Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah

The friendly and helpful staff were still a bright spot, and the warm pool was another plus. Dal makhani and garlic nan at the Indian restaurant were nice too. Unfortunately, this second visit felt much older than my first one. The room had an old TV, worn floor, outdated fridge that did not cool, and an old bathtub. The lounge’s outdoor seating now looked abandoned, and breakfast had very few choices and was nowhere near five-star quality. There is only one a la carte restaurant besides the lounge, the Indian one. Our mix grill seemed as if it had come from the buffet, so at 160 AED it did not feel worth the price. Getting the attention of the service staff was also difficult. I still like the place and the people, but I won’t be rushing back.

The food was very good, and the restaurant team were dedicated and professional. Mr. Agajan especially stood out. He speaks many languages, takes an interest in other countries and cultures, and is a real gentleman with a great sense of humor and a constant smile. The hotel itself is in a convenient, very quiet location with a grand view. We’ll miss that atmosphere, and Mr. Agajan, when we return to Europe.

I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, even though it was already late at night. The staff were professional, warm, and quick to help, and Ibrahim deserves particular credit for going above and beyond. He was polite, attentive, and clearly cared about making guests comfortable. His positive attitude made me feel genuinely valued. The room was spotless and well looked after, with a very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Everything about the stay felt easy and comfortable, and the value was great. I’d happily recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Thanks to Ibrahim and the whole team for making it memorable.

We spent two nights here for our wedding anniversary, and the view was amazing. The beach was especially beautiful with that scenery. Chef Shresth also prepared vegetarian food for my wife and me, which we really appreciated. For the service, Saphal and benjamin were the two people to look for. Both were gentle, courteous, very helpful, and gave us excellent service.
