Hatta Guest House

For the price, the room cleanliness and refreshments were below expectations. Only tea bags and white sugar were provided, with no coffee or other basic options. The breakfast was also a letdown. Although it was listed as included, we received only two slices of bread with jam and butter. Coffee cost extra, and there were no eggs or fruit. Water from the shower spread across the bathroom floor because the washroom design did not contain it properly. I would rate the stay 2 out of 5 and hope management addresses these issues. ⭐

Yahya was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. During what was the scariest week of our lives, this place made us feel completely safe in Hatta. His help turned what could have been a very difficult experience into a good one, and we'll always be grateful.

The bathroom was damaged during our stay, but there was no maintenance available to help, especially in the evening. Only a security man was there. When I asked to move rooms, I was told none were available, and management's policy meant there would be no refund, leaving us without any real choice. The property feels very old, from the decoration and furniture to the rooms, and there was a bad smell. The corridors and spaces between the rooms were dirty and clearly not renovated. The beds and furniture were old and unclean as well. Housekeeping only came in the morning to clean and change sheets, with no proper room service. The staff attitude was careless, basically take it or leave it. Based on my recent experience, I don't recommend it for a visit to Hatta.

The staff made the stay amazing with their friendly and helpful attitude. Yahya, the night-shift employee, was especially cooperative and helped me with everything I needed. I really recommend Hatta Guest House if you're planning to visit Hatta.
