JA Hatta Fort Hotel

Our birthday weekend was wonderful, and when our flight home was cancelled, the team kindly helped us extend the stay. Akhill and the gentleman working in the upstairs bar were especially attentive and kind while we were feeling very nervous. I'm sorry, I don't know the gentleman's name. There was also a menu issue because an item didn't mention nuts even though we have an allergy, but the problem was resolved quickly. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their kindness really helped calm us down.

The four hours of team-building were a real highlight. We played seven games, including a treasure hunt, a blindfolded challenge, and real-life foosball, all designed to build teamwork. These activities were included in the hotel's meeting package and were well worth mentioning. We also had breakfast, lunch, and snacks at Margham Conference Hall. The portions were enough to satisfy us without being excessive, which suited the purpose of the day. Since it was near the end of January, we ordered a cake for our company's January birthday tradition and celebrated there, which made the day even better. Coming from busy Dubai mainland, the Hatta mountains gave the office meeting a refreshing setting. The hosts did a great job, and this is a strong option for company meetings combined with team activities.

The cabin at JA Resort Hatta had a peaceful atmosphere, while still offering plenty to do. We enjoyed feeding the animals, mini golf, swimming, and ping pong, and the pool area was particularly nice. Breakfast also had a broad, satisfying selection. The staff were friendly and quick to sort out anything that came up. Tomis at reception was especially welcoming and kind. There is also a good speciality coffee place nearby. I'd recommend it for a quiet break that still gives you a nice mix of activities.

JA Hatta Fort Hotel is a comfortable base for either relaxing or spending time outdoors. The grounds are spacious and well maintained, and the mountain air and quiet mornings make the setting feel genuinely refreshing. You can hike, mountain bike, kayak nearby, or simply stay by the pool. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night, with a good bed and everything needed for the stay. The pool was clean and a good size for cooling down after exploring Hatta. Food and drinks were enjoyable, with a solid range of choices and attentive service. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and happy to help with activity suggestions. Surrounded by rugged scenery but still comfortable, the hotel made for a memorable escape from city life. I'd gladly come back, whether for a quiet break or a more active weekend.
