Al Marsa Hotel Apartment

The bathroom cleaning needs serious attention. There was visible mold on the walls and around the door edges, exactly where people touch the doors. The cleaner may need better training, and fans would help dry things after cleaning because water and humidity encourage mold growth. Please provide suitable, good-quality cleaning equipment instead of worn-out tools. Guests should also be contacted or asked before staff enter an apartment after the guest has left, rather than entering without permission. The mattress foam should be replaced regularly.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were extremely supportive. Special mention to Rilwan for the help.

Really nice apartment, very clean, and in the middle of khorfakkan. A very pleasant place to stay.

The two-bedroom apartment was huge and worked well for our group of five, with a living room and a functional kitchen. We stayed overnight from 21 to 22 January 2023. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location suited me perfectly, close to the mall for buying things and within walking distance of the bay walk. The bathroom could use an anti-slip mat because the floor gets slippery when your feet are wet. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back. Thank you for the great service.
