At the reception, amar Mohammed made me feel valued and welcome from the moment I arrived. He handled everything patiently and confidently, with genuine care, respect, and a warm smile. Omar paid close attention to the details and went beyond his duties to keep the experience smooth and pleasant. His communication was excellent, and his attitude showed real hospitality and class. He is a great asset to the hotel, and I strongly commend his dedication and outstanding service.

Our 30-cyclist group felt well supported throughout the Weekend. Sherif Sollman, the sales manager, helped us organize everything, while the hotel team was always ready to go the extra mile and keep us happy. The rooms were comfortable and the full board worked well for us. Mr Omer even drove a fully loaded support car with food&drinks, which helped us feel safe on Liwas roads with such a large group. The peaceful desert setting, spacious spotless rooms, and beautiful design made our stay at Western Hotel Liwa outstanding from beginning to end. The rooms had breathtaking views of the surrounding dunes and combined comfort and luxury with an authentic desert feel. What made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. Heartfelt thanks to Amr, Abo Hamed, and Kashif for their incredible kindness.

For Liwa, this is one of the best luxury hotels for the money. It’s about 20 mins from Mureeb dune and has a direct view of the Liwa sign. The building is beautiful and newly built, with modern decor. The rooms are nice and include all amenities except a door bell, and most also have pleasant balconies. There’s a swiming pool, a garden, and a nice restaurant, with a very good breakfast. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. All and all, I had a good stay.
