al alkeem heights

This building is disgusting and people shouldn’t stay here. The receptionist shows no enthusiasm, and they charge guests for everything.

I’ve been here for a month and the service has been very bad. The hotel seems to know only how to take money from customers. I hope nobody rents here anymore.

Al Alkeem Heights is extremely expensive, but the poor maintenance, bad service, and stressful living conditions don’t justify the rent. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The WiFi is cut off immediately if payment is missed on the 13th, even by one day, with no reminder or grace period. Reconnection requires a penalty, which is especially inconvenient for people working from home or children attending online classes. Water repeatedly drips from the false ceiling despite several reports. The maintenance team only makes temporary repairs, and the problem returns. Water pressure is extremely low as well, making showers and washing dishes frustrating. Cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳🪳 come through the false ceiling and move around freely, especially in the kitchen, no matter how clean the apartment is kept. This creates a serious health concern and possible contamination risk for families with children. Building management responds slowly and is not helpful with complaints. They are quick to collect money but leave tenants handling problems themselves. There are better and more affordable apartments nearby with better service, maintenance, and safer conditions. Avoid Al Alkeem Heights, as it isn’t worth the money, time, or peace of mind.

Much overrated. The room had no facilities, there was a bad odor, and the ambience was poor.
