I strongly advise families to reconsider Apartment 5507, which is owned or managed by a Russian couple. During our stay, someone entered without permission while my wife, who wears a hijab, was inside. There was verbal abuse and offensive language, and the situation nearly became physical. One person waved what looked like a metal object in my face. This happened because I was 30 minutes late checking out, even though many high-end hotels allow late check-out until 3 PM. I was also accused, without clear evidence, of stealing items during an earlier stay at the same property about two years ago. The privacy violation and threatening incident caused severe emotional distress to my wife and children. I believe this behavior breaches United Arab Emirates laws and regulations and damages the reputation of this global platform. I have filed an official complaint with the relevant authorities seeking legal action and compensation for the emotional and psychological harm caused to my family and me. Apartment 5507 did not feel safe for a family, and I recommend finding another option.

The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up while I was still talking, and I honestly don’t understand how someone who treats customers this way is allowed to handle calls.

Safwan, thank you sincerely for the way you looked after me during my hotel stay. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference. You were warm, helpful, and went beyond what was needed to make everything feel right. I truly appreciated it and hope to visit again. Wishing you continued success.

The sea-view studio made our stay especially enjoyable, and the location was excellent. The rooms were clean, the facilities were very good, and there were pools and activities by the sea for everyone. A great choice for families, and our stay was AMAZING.

The hosts were excellent and always willing to help, so I’d definitely recommend the place. There were some surrounding building and roadwork issues, but those weren’t the owners’ fault. They expected everything to be finished by Christmas, which should make the property top notch. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in RAK.
