BM Beach Hotel

The staff were welcoming, polite, and clearly doing their best, which is the only thing that stopped this from being even worse. Everything else felt like a survival challenge with a sea view. The room had damp walls and looked as though it had endured several disasters. The bathroom was so unpleasant that I considered holding my breath and my bladder for the whole stay. The bed and furniture were badly damaged, and the room had the atmosphere of a storage room with better lighting. The food made me miss airplane meals, and for what I paid, I expected at least a partial refund and an apology. I wouldn’t recommend BM Beach Hotel unless experiencing extreme disappointment is on your bucket list.

The resort had plenty to keep everyone entertained at night, including disco, fire shows, and belly dancing. The buffet was good, the staff were kind and accommodating, and the active lifeguards made us feel safe at the slider pool. Monowar was particularly helpful from Day 1 through check-out and even assisted with our luggage when we left. We had a wonderful stay at BM Hotel Resort and would recommend it to family and friends.

This hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. The swimming pools were unclean, especially the kids’ pool, which looked as though it had not been cleaned for a long time. In the room, there were insects and mosquitoes everywhere, and the bathrooms were disgusting. The bed sheets were stained from the start, the floors were dirty, and one room had an AC that barely worked. Housekeeping took almost 2 hours to arrive after we called. The cleaner did very little, needed constant instructions, and replaced the sheets with ones that were even dirtier. Staff were rude and unprofessional. They also entered our room without permission or proper notice, which made us feel unsafe. I would never recommend this hotel, particularly to families with children.

We keep returning to BM because it feels like a break from our busy life in Dubai. Everyone is warm with my daughter, so we feel comfortable even when she walks around independently. Maricel at the Kiddos Club teaches her different art activities that she really enjoys. Essam, Munir, Jayakumar, Kenneth, Amir, Ganesh, Lawrence, and all their colleagues are genuinely helpful and supportive. The reception team and the rest of the hotel staff are consistently sweet, humble, and welcoming. We’ve been visiting regularly for a long time and definitely plan to continue.
