The rooms, particularly the bathroom, are quite small, but the excellent staff made that easy to overlook. They provided genuinely comfortable service and set a very good example of customer care. Ms. Tiffany from the Front Office deserves special thanks for being so helpful and warm. A pleasant experience and good value for money.

Tiffany at reception made a real difference. She was professional, friendly, smiling, and quick to help with check-in, explaining everything clearly. From arrival onward, the stay felt smooth and welcoming because of her customer service.

My stay was comfortable and enjoyable largely because of Sandar. She was consistently polite, friendly, professional, and ready to help. Her positive attitude makes her a real asset to the hotel.

The breakfast was good, parking was ample, and I’d consider this place suitable for families. However, my king-room booking initially resulted in a twin room, which was later changed, and that didn’t feel like a professional way to handle it. Then, at around 11:30 PM, someone called “housekeeping” at my door. Sending housekeeping at that hour is inappropriate when guests may already be asleep, even though I didn’t open the door.

Our stay was not very satisfactory. We left for lunch and a tour after asking housekeeping to clean the room, but on returning we still found plastic covers and food particles on the carpet and table. The TV was also old and basic, with no support for certain formats. The room clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly.
