There are plenty of parking spaces, a supermarket in the building, and a newly built gym. The Lovely residence building also gives you access to the beach, the corniche seaside walkway, the jogging track, and a swimming pool. Depending on which side your apartment faces, you can see the sea, beach, garden, palms, sunrise, and sunset, with nature all around.

The private pool and beach are accessible to residents, and parking is available too. Kahraman is in the gated residential complex of Bab Al Baher, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, where most of the neighbours are nice and decent. The accommodation is quite good and reasonably priced.

A great spot for gatherings and bonding. They provide pretty much everything, although the lights inside the room are a little too dim.
