The room was comfortable and relaxing, and we enjoyed the gym, outdoor pool, restaurants, and tennis facilities during our one-day family stay. The whole team was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made the atmosphere lovely. Breakfast was free, unlimited, and had plenty of good choices. I only wish there had been a few more Indian breakfast options, though we still really enjoyed it. Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah made this a memorable staycation, and I’d recommend this 4-star hotel for a visit in Ras Al Khaimah.

The pool attendant was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the rest of the hotel staff were attentive throughout our stay. Shazni at the bar deserves a special mention because he did a great job and made our evenings memorable. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back.

The room was spacious and clean, and the property was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Everyone provided attentive, efficient service. Sin Moe at the buffet was especially lovely, always greeting me with a smile and making great coffee. Arnes was also great, along with Gilang from housekeeping and Maribelle at reception. I’m looking forward to staying here again.

The kids had a great time, and the clean pools had a comfortable temperature, neither too cold nor too warm. Our room was comfortable and the WiFi was excellent. Marilyn at reception was particularly helpful at check-in. She arranged a late checkout until 2 PM and offered us a good dinner and breakfast deal. At dinner, Thakur and a young Thai lady welcomed us warmly, and the food was delicious. The chef even prepared an excellent margherita pizza for the children when we asked. We saw the same friendly, attentive service from them again at breakfast. The afternoon shift pool guard, however, came across as unwelcoming, especially toward our children. Apart from that minor issue, it was a very pleasant stay.

The stay was really nice overall. The cleaners and restaurant staff were especially welcoming, and the pool and small gym were useful facilities. Toiletries and other amenities were provided too. We did have to wait almost an hour for the room to be cleaned when we arrived. The room also had no view, and the food felt average, with not quite enough variety. Still, I enjoyed my stay.
