Our children loved spending time in the kids club, and the girls there did their best to look after them. Melanie nishadi Bella were especially appreciated. We also felt safer staying inside than going outdoors. All the staff showed true hospitality and gave our families a safe place to stay during this difficult situation. We’re grateful to everyone and will certainly come back.

We were very pleased to learn from Security head Mohammed that the missing jewelry had been found after the investigation. We stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel, Ras Al Khaimah for three nights, from February 26th to 28th, for my friend's daughter's wedding, and discovered the jewelry was missing from our handbag on the night of March 2nd, after checking out on March 1st. Sherpa, the night duty security in-charge, Tohkeer, Anil, and William were considerate and cooperative throughout, explaining the investigative process and following up carefully. Sherpa and Tohkeer deserve particular thanks for their commitment and availability. Their professionalism was impressive, as was the leadership of Mohammed, who met us and explained everything in detail. It was also clear how much respect these four security personnel have for Mohammed and his ability to resolve the situation. We’re grateful for the whole team’s help.

The kids club made our wedding trip much easier because our children could spend time there while we relaxed. The ladies looked after them very well and showed a lot of patience. Melanie nishadi Bella, you girls were great.

The resort was clean and well maintained, with plenty of beach loungers, good-sized rooms, a spacious restaurant, and a fairly good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay overall. Housekeeping never came to make up or turn down the room, even after three requests and signs outside. The telephones also didn’t work, making it almost impossible to contact anyone. Since we were traveling with a baby, being placed directly in front of a wedding party was another downside. Still, management contacted us by email and partly addressed the situation, so it didn’t ruin the experience.
