The apartment itself was very spacious, but that was the only good part of the stay. The walls were dirty and covered in old marks and stains, and I found a cockroach inside a kitchen cabinet. The property clearly needs maintenance. I was told an access card for the lower entrance would be inside the apartment, but it was nowhere to be found. Security and the booking manager both failed to resolve it, each passing the responsibility to the other. I ended up waiting for other people to open the building door so I could get in. The service was poor and made everything unnecessarily difficult.

The two-bedroom apartment at Gateway residences in RAK is very spacious, with an extraordinary panoramic view. The building feels a bit like hotel living. The swimming pool is nice, and there is also a children's play area. The gym is small, but its view is great.

It's currently impossible to sleep here. The construction in front of the Edge building creates huge noise around the clock, even at 1:00 AM, which is when I'm writing this because there is no chance of sleeping. The main developer seems to show zero empathy toward the current residents, despite us paying some of the highest fees and rent in the entire city. Unfortunately, videos can't be posted.

A really good place to live, with a private and quiet atmosphere. There is a pool and gym, plus 24/7 security, cleaning, car cleaning, and lifeguards. The neighbors are great too.

It's on an island in Mina Al Arab, Ras al Khaimah, and the property is planned to be ready by March 2020. These are luxurious freehold apartments with high ceilings and lagoon views, along with an infinity swimming pool and retail space. We at Ganjina Real Estate love this property.
