Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island

The rooftop bar was ideal for drinks, with great views, and dinner in the buffet area was enjoyable. We also spent the day at the Ula Beach Club. The hotel and facilities were amazing during our December night away, and the welcoming staff made the whole experience very pleasant.

Badr at reception made the stay especially smooth and memorable. He was kind, extremely helpful, and provided outstanding service. Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island has a relaxed, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere, with a professional and friendly team. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back.

The friendly and polite staff were the only real positive. We first had to request a room change because the first-floor view looked onto a dirty roof, and the family room had very little space for a family. The “all inclusive” package was really closer to full board, covering only breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was no afternoon ice cream or children’s snacks, the drink selection was very limited, and nearly everything else cost extra. You couldn’t even order a drink at the lobby bar, which functioned only as a seating area. This was a major disappointment, so we won’t return or recommend the hotel. Next time we’d choose the neighboring hotel, where the service is much better.

The chalet was beautiful, with a stunning beach, excellent housekeeping, and amazing staff. Sabbir was especially friendly and professional. It’s a great place for families and children, and my kids loved it. This is one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at, and we’d definitely come back.
