Oasis Hotel Apartments

There was almost nothing in the rooms, not even cutlery, and the washing machine was still broken despite supposed repairs. The place was dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting, and water was dripping from several sides. They didn’t seem to make any effort to fix it, and guests even have to buy their own bed linen. No water bottle is provided either. The service is terrible, the hotel is a disaster, and it isn’t worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

I’ve worked as a local guide and travel agent for years, and I’ve never seen service this bad. I booked online and called ahead, with the price shown as 112, but on arrival they demanded 232 and refused to give me a room. I called OYO repeatedly and was told it would be handled, yet I waited more than two hours without a solution. Eventually they stopped answering. The osais hotel reception staff were also rude and disrespectful. People should pay a little more elsewhere and avoid this hotel and anything related to #OYO. GoV should ban these fraudulent people.

Finding an affordable, family-oriented place close to RAK’s main attractions is difficult, and this one works well for me every time I visit. I’ve had wonderful stays here and definitely recommend it.

It’s a nice place for friends or family, with a swimming pool and other facilities. The price isn’t very high, and we enjoyed ourselves a lot.
