The clean, welcoming atmosphere and consistently high-quality service have made every visit here wonderful. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and eager to make sure guests leave happy. The food deserves special praise. The Head Chef prepared some of the best meals I’ve ever had, and every dish was delicious. Zheesan from the F&B team also took great care of me throughout my stay. I’m especially grateful to the General Manager for the genuine care, strong leadership, and personal attention that made this visit exceptional. I’d gladly recommend this hotel for its comfort, hospitality, and memorable service.

I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return. The staff were kind, especially at the nail salon, and the Swedish Massage at the Spa is worth trying. At the Iftar dinner, both the fish and pasta were delicious. The room was the disappointing part. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the desk chair was broken, and the beds were a little uncomfortable. We also noticed lots of flies in the room. Even with those issues, I still enjoyed my time here and would return.

Our Gujarati friends had a great time at the get-together today at the Ras Al Khaimah hotel. There was plenty of delicious food, with a wide selection, and the live kitchen was especially impressive and well managed. The whole service team was polite and helpful. Kalpana deserves a special thank you for her warm hospitality, which made the gathering feel even more special. Highly recommended.

I spent a full month at this Ras Al Khaimah hotel and felt comfortable and well looked after throughout. The property is very well maintained, with excellent cleanliness everywhere. The second-floor housekeeping team were particularly professional, attentive to details, and helpful. The coffee shop team, Jeeshan, Ashish, and Ambrose, made each visit more personal with their friendly and attentive service. Umer, the concierge, was also approachable, professional, and welcoming every time we spoke. From my first day, Thatchen at reception was supportive, professional, and welcoming. That combination of cooperative staff, cleanliness, and dependable service made the long stay genuinely pleasant. I’d be happy to stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Ras Al Khaimah.

The Ramadan iftar was excellent. The food had both good variety and good quality, while the service was warm and efficient. I also loved the outdoor setting in the mild February weather, it was perfect. At Dhs79, the price was more than good value. It makes the outrageous prices elsewhere, especially in Dubai, look crazy. I’d give it six stars if I could. Well done to the RAK Hotel F&b team.
