The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach

Miss Princy turned a possible disappointment into a wonderful stay. I had made a booking error and was already in Ras Al Khaimah, but her flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to help allowed her to adjust the reservation and locate our booking. She truly saved the day. The Al Shamil Room was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, and we loved the peaceful, clean beach. The wider team was just as impressive. Administrative staff, buggy drivers, and room service were all friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Thank you to everyone at The Ritz Carlton Al Hamra team for such a memorable experience. We’re looking forward to returning.

What stood out most at Ritz Al Hamra was how personal the service felt. Staff knew our names, and even our teenager was surprised to be greeted by name wherever we went. It made us feel genuinely valued. The food at Shore House was some of the best we’ve had, and Aby, Su, Angelica, and the rest of the team were warm and attentive at every meal. Housekeeping was equally impressive, with excellent attention to detail. Niraj, Mario, and Sufyan were always polite and friendly when driving us around the resort. The Hotel Director, Damon, even covered our lunch when we arrived, a thoughtful gesture we’ve never experienced at another hotel. It set a wonderful tone for the stay. Everything was excellent from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be back.

The spa, with its breathtaking sea view, was especially relaxing, and the restaurant was another highlight thanks to its delicious food, wide variety, and friendly team. Arjan was particularly attentive and welcoming. The resort itself was beautiful, with a clean beach, easy access, and excellent facilities. Ahmed at reception was kind and professional, while Sofiane, the golf cart driver, was always quick, punctual, and helpful. The staff’s warmth made the whole stay unforgettable. We had a lovely, relaxing visit and will definitely return.
