The only well-maintained part of the Al Bustan flat apartment was the swimming pool. Our family apartment was actually unsuitable for a family and was quite dirty and terribly smelly. Housekeeping was absent, and the people responsible were arrogant and did not do their work. The bathroom was especially bad, with a leaking ceiling, no hot water, open pipelines, and a very dirty, stinking, nauseating condition. Everything in this hotel needs fixing, although the female manager was good. -1000/100

The staff were friendly, cooperative, and helpful whenever we needed them. Parking was the main problem, though. There are only a few spaces beneath the building, and they were never available. The furnishings were average and somewhat old.

There was no shower, no TV, and no hot water, and the manager was awful. The customer service was the worst, making this the worst hotel I've visited. Never coming here again.

The management seemed disorganized, and the food at today's wedding event was below the expected standard. I had been looking forward to it, so the experience was disappointing. I hope the venue takes the feedback seriously and improves future events. For special occasions, I'd currently look at other options.
