Everything about the visit felt enjoyable, from the attentive and professional staff to the elegant, relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed and seating area. The bathroom was luxurious and supplied with high-quality toiletries. The restaurant, gym, and lounge were all excellent, making this an outstanding stay.

Cockroaches were in both the rooms and the washroom, including big and small ones, and our guests were disappointed even though they didn’t show much emotion. The room was filthy, service was slow, and the staff seemed not to care. The property was poorly maintained and the basic expectations weren’t met, so the stay wasn’t worth the money. It was unbelievably frustrating, and people should know what is actually happening, not just what appears in reviews.

The room smelled bad, was dirty, and had cockroaches crawling around, which completely ruined the stay. I complained, but the staff didn’t seem to care or do anything. I couldn’t sleep properly because I was worried about the cleanliness. This place needs better hygiene, pest control, and staff training, and I won’t stay here again or recommend it.

Being close to Sharjah Corniche is really the only positive point. Parking was a major problem because the hotel has only 7 spaces for the number of rooms, so finding a place was especially stressful at night. The room was also unclean, and the staff were not helpful or interested in dealing with concerns. The location doesn’t make up for the poor service and cleanliness, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the floor was dirty. The cleaning staff also behaved very badly. This was a very poor hotel experience, and I don’t recommend the hotel.
