I came here hoping to rest and sleep well, but the room feels really dirty and it's making me feel sick. The AC gives off a bad smell when switched on, and the air circulation doesn't seem right.

The place is peaceful and quiet, with a calm atmosphere. The rooms are affordable, the service is decent, the staff are polite, and the beach is easy to reach.

What stood out for me was the easy beach access, since guests can use Al Khan Beach for free. Dubai Mall is also only about a 30-minute taxi ride away. Al Khalidiah Resort has Russian food in its restaurant, which isn't easy to find around here, and the buffet costs just 50 AED, including for walk-ins. A very good-value stay if you want convenient food and the sea nearby.

The first-floor room was spacious and pleasant, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Still, there was no water, coffee, or tea, and no kettle for heating anything. The restaurant was closed on Friday night, and there wasn't a hairdryer either. It's a decent place to stay, but quite a few basics were missing.

The swimming pool was dirty because the filters and pump weren't running. I also had a lot of trouble cancelling my reservation a week before the stay, and it seemed the payment would be taken whether I cancelled or not. I spent one night here and wouldn't recommend this place even for 5minutes.
