ARYANA Hotel

The hotel is not worth recommending, even if it were free. The breakfast was very poor, with few choices and a price that did not feel justified. The shower hose had very weak water pressure, and the elevator door closed so quickly that it hit my shoulder whenever I tried to get in. Cleanliness was also extremely bad. There were insects and cockroaches in the bathroom, and the sink had a sticky residue that seemed to come from silicone and a dirty cleaning cloth. Cleaning was poor overall, and staff ignored my repeated requests to change rooms. I plan to submit an official complaint to the municipality and the Ministry of Tourism, with photos as evidence, including more pictures of the hotel’s poor cleanliness.

We were very happy with the service during our three-night stay at Aryana Hotel. The room had a really nice view, and it was cleaned well. Julius at reception was especially friendly, while Hussein from Housekeeping cleaned the room neatly and professionally.

The good price and location are the main positives, but they aren’t enough for me to give this hotel even two stars. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely old and need major remodeling and updates. Some employees were rude and not helpful. The bathrooms and blankets we received also need attention. I would replace all the bathroom towels, provide completely new bedding and sheets, renew the carpet, and repair every broken part. After updating the rooms, the price could be increased slightly.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and pleasant, and I stayed there for two weeks. Still, the mattress was uncomfortable, the internet was poor, and the TVs didn’t work. The AC unit was noisy and loud. Cleaning was not good unless tips were given, although the stay was not terrible overall. The hotel also felt overpriced. The view behind the kitchen window is attached.
