The rooms were comfortable during our 4-night, 5-day stay, and room service was very good. The staff and facilities were generally satisfactory too. Parking was the main problem. We could use the hotel parking on only one day, and when it was full, we were sent to a nearby paid lot costing 25 SAR per night. Management offered no help or alternative. The parking setup really needs improvement for guests.

ANIS from room service made the stay especially pleasant. He was quick, polite, professional, and made sure requests were handled efficiently and delivered on time. The room was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. I had a very comfortable stay at Citymax Hotel Sharjah and would highly recommend it.

The stay was comfortable and stress-free because Achi at the front office and Neroub from housekeeping were so welcoming and efficient. Everything was clean and well organized, and their guest service felt genuinely warm. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return for another relaxing work trip. Highly recommended.

The location made getting around easy, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. Housekeeping arrived on time, while the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Chandra from room service kept the room neat and tidy. It was a comfortable stay with good value for money, especially for business travelers.

Alam did a great job keeping everything spotless, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff provided excellent service as well. It was a relaxing, pleasant stay, and I had a wonderful experience.
