The atmosphere was very peaceful, and Fatima was always caring and helpful. She responded first whenever we needed service and made our holidays more beautiful and memorable. Fatima deserves to be rewarded as the best staff member of the year. Thanks for your support. See you again and again.

The view was amazing, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The hotel is also conveniently close to many services and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, which made the stay even better.

I arrived from Dubai without internet after booking through Booking.com and planned to pay at reception. When I asked the receptionist woman for Wi-Fi so I could show my reservation, she refused. I explained that I needed internet to access it, but she still wouldn't help. That was extremely unprofessional and the worst service I've experienced. I don't recommend this place. Very disappointing.

The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was also very good, and the location is convenient, being very close to Sharjah airport.

The pest problem continued even after I changed rooms. I found roaches in the first room, and then encountered the same issue again, along with loud banging noises when I walked in. The staff did respond, and the cleaning team went above and beyond to help, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Even so, roaches in the room are unacceptable and need immediate attention.
