Our Junior Suite was large and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The hotel itself looked gorgeous, but the cleanliness took away from that first impression. The sofas need a proper steam clean, the ocean-facing windows were filthy, and the restaurant chairs were very grubby. The glassware was revolting too, as if it had only been wiped with a cloth rather than cleaned in a dishwasher.

The beachfront position was the best part for us, since my wife and I could reach the sea easily at any hour, even though getting into the city required a short drive. Our room was quiet, spacious, and impeccably clean, and parking in the lot was convenient. The front desk service was pleasant as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would gladly return and recommend the hotel.

The rooftop pool has a lovely sea view, and the hotel is a great spot for some quiet time and relaxation. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The pool tiles were a little untidy, so a bit more attention to cleaning would make the experience even better.

My wife and I chose Red Castle Hotel for our 4th wedding anniversary, and the stay turned out better than expected. Beforehand, I told Front Desk Manager Ms. Rolla about the occasion, and she upgraded our room and arranged a complimentary dinner. Ms. Anam welcomed us on arrival with a smile and drinks, and the room was comfortable and perfectly prepared. Dinner at the Desert Rose Restaurant brought another lovely surprise, an attractive and delicious anniversary cake. Senior Server Ms. Jinen and Junior Server Mr. Bipin were attentive and polite throughout the meal. Every member of the team helped make the celebration memorable, and I’d strongly recommend Red Castle Hotel for a special occasion or a relaxing visit.

This place suits anyone who wants a simple room while exploring Dubai and isn’t going to complain about every little thing. The prices are very good, breakfast is good, and the customer service overall was pleasant. The rooftop swimming pool was quiet and relaxing. A lady at reception arranged CBD and safari tours for us, and we did both, with great results.
