We stayed with our newborn from the day we left the hospital until three months later. I had even checked in while still pregnant, and we continued living there after giving birth. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely view from the 8th floor. The balcony was ideal for our baby to get morning sunlight. Being close to shops, hospitals, and restaurants made everyday life much easier. Mr. Stefin cleaned our room consistently and was approachable, kind, sweet, and helpful. We are especially grateful to Mr. Salman, who treated us like family from the beginning and helped with everything we needed. He is genuinely kind and caring, and we will truly miss him. Thank you to the Ruwi team, especially Mr. Salman. We love you and appreciate all you did for us.

Jesna at reception made my stay feel especially welcoming. She greeted guests with a warm smile, handled check-in smoothly, and was attentive, helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but her service and the team's care were what made the experience stand out. I had a wonderful stay at Lavender Hotel Sharjah and would gladly come back and recommend it.

For this price range, Ruwi Hotel in Al Sharjah offers very good value. The surroundings were peaceful, hygiene and cleanliness were well maintained, and the overall service impressed us. Ms. Jeshna deserves special mention. We spoke with her several times, and she was friendly, professional, and welcoming every time, always with a pleasant attitude and warm smile that made us feel looked after.

The convenient location made it easy for me to explore the city, and I want to thank the Ruwi team. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and did more than expected to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It exceeded my expectations in every way. 🤍
