CRIS at reception was very welcoming and had a really good attitude. A very nice person. Keep it up!

The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafeterias nearby. Our room was large, and the service was quite good, plus the hotel provided a water boiler. It wasn't very clean, though, and felt a little expensive for the standard. It's close to a mosque, but the area was otherwise not noisy.

We stayed at Sophie hotel for two weeks during our first visit to Sharjah, and it was a very pleasant experience for my family. The place was clean, safe, and reasonably priced. The reception was good and the people were nice. Thanks a lot.

The hotel itself is fairly basic, but the service from the staff was up to standard. Philippines Receptionist CRIS was especially sweet, approachable, humble, courteous, and respectful. His attitude was excellent and he provided a distinctive level of service. Keep it up.

I had a confirmed online booking, but when I arrived, the reception demanded extra money and refused to let me stay without paying it. They said the online rate was cheap for competition and that the booking site also took a commission. Because of this, I don't think I'll ever visit here again.
