Pearl Hotel and Spa

Pearl Hotel has good-sized, clean rooms, a large balcony, privacy, and welcoming staff. It works well for two people, and the beach is available until sunset. The service was acceptable and the facilities were fine when booking directly. The major problems were the high price and the distance from malls or supermarkets. My booking through Agoda was especially disappointing because even a small date change was refused. I lost around 600 without staying there. If you choose this hotel, I suggest booking in person with the hotel, since Agoda was completely inflexible.

The bar is a pleasant place to sit, and the rooms are comfortable enough. I particularly enjoy the cold pool beside the beach at Pearl Hotel & Spa, although it is occasionally less clean than it should be. The restaurant isn’t really to my taste, so I normally go to malls or nearby restaurants for meals. For a quiet weekend of relaxing and switching off, it works well.

My mom and I had such a lovely stay at Pearl Hotel & Spa. Everything was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were very welcoming, especially our kabayans in little bavaria. It was comfortable, relaxing, and a place we’d gladly return to. Highly recommended.

The pool studio had an amazing view, although the room itself was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. The receptionists were friendly and the general service was good. What made the stay very uncomfortable was a group of guests who were loud and drunk from about 5 pm until morning. They kept wearing underwear instead of swimming suits, ignored the pool rules, shouted loudly, and had many glasses outside the room. I reported it to reception, but nothing changed. Men were also being allowed into their rooms. As a Muslim family with children, we found this behavior inappropriate, and I wouldn’t advise the place for families. The hotel should enforce the rules it publishes and be more careful about the guest behavior it allows.
