Sofra Boutique Hotel

What surprised me most was Bulqiza itself, a small city in the mountains with chromium reserves all around. The drive from Tirana takes only 1,5 hours, through mountains and several tunnels that make the trip shorter. This trip will stay in my memory for a long time. Hotel Bulqiza was much better than I expected, and better than Embassy Suites and Marriot in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. I stayed for one night, and both the Staff and the Owner himself were very polite. The hotel was spotless, with high-class investment and modern leather furniture. The washrooms had some of the most expensive plumbing fixtures I had ever seen. I don’t understand why Google rates this hotel at 3 stars. It should definitely have 5 stars. As always, the west is unfair and downgrades the east. East countries are doing much better than the West, but nobody wants to accept it even though this is reality. Alba

The poor breakfast was the only real downside. Otherwise, Hotel Bulqiza was a pleasant surprise, with spacious rooms, quality furniture, and very modern interiors in such a small mountain town. There’s free parking about 50 meters from the hotel, and it wasn’t too busy. The hotel has an elevator, central heating, cable TV, and a bar café on the ground floor. Local cable TV offices are on the second floor. For me, it was much better than any hotel even in Peshkopi or Burrel. Enjoy your stay!

The view from the window was stunning, and the location was perfect. We found this high-quality restaurant after our cycling stage to Bulqizë and were really surprised to see such a fancy place here. The food was great and very tasty. Highly recommended.

Located in the center of Bulqize, this is the best hotel in Bulqize city. It opened in 2017 and has excellent design and decoration. The reception is nice, and the hotel serves wonderful BIO food. On the ground floor there’s a cafe bar serving tasty illy cafe.
