Amh Hotel

Our whole family felt relaxed here. The atmosphere was comfortable, the service was very attentive, and the food was delicious. It was a fantastic All Inclusive stay in Durrës, especially for a seaside holiday.

The beach was well looked after and fairly priced, with consistently good service. There was a great selection of drinks and cocktails there. Ervis was extremely friendly, just like the rest of the staff during our holiday. We didn’t use the rooms, but the hotel looked welcoming and clean. Great choice, would recommend!

The biggest concern was security. One night, other drunk tourists accidentally opened our room using their key. Staff said they had mistakenly been given a master key and promised it wouldn’t happen again, but we were later given the same master key ourselves. That made it feel like an ongoing problem. Our room looked renovated, had a comfortable bed and a large balcony, but the hot water never worked properly and there was also an AC problem that required us to change rooms once. The pool was clean and refreshing, although it stayed shaded because of the surrounding tall buildings and was unheated. The hotel beach was a 3-minute walk away, with sun beds and a beach bar serving drinks to AI guests. Wi-Fi was available there, though it covered only about half the beach. Food was average, bland, and repetitive. Lunch and dinner often had the same dishes, the meat was dry, and the white wine tasted like vinegar. Fresh fruit was good. A breakfast box ordered in advance for an early tour wasn’t ready on time, and I had diarrhea while eating and drinking only at the hotel. I wanted to leave more positive feedback, but I often depend on reviews from frequent travelers, so I’m sharing my honest experience.

Lenna made our visit especially enjoyable with her friendly attitude, attentive service, and genuine smile. The bar had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and everything seemed well cared for. We had a wonderful experience.
