The room we were assigned looked closer to a two star standard and bore little resemblance to the pictures on the website or booking platforms. It was missing even basic things like a bin. After we raised the issue, housekeeping left a bag on the floor, which felt completely unprofessional. Food quality and safety were another serious problem. Cold dishes were left out for over three hours without proper refrigeration, which was unhygienic and unsafe. Many staff members also weren’t dressed appropriately for their roles. The hotel exterior and nearby area look attractive, but the good impression stopped there. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in this star category, which has plenty of room to improve as a four to five star property. After reading other reviews, I also found many of the positive ones suspiciously similar, raising questions about whether they’re authentic. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the current standards are far below what guests should expect from a four to five star hotel.

We paid for two nights and left after one. The breakfast was by far the worst I’ve had at any hotel or resort, and the place wasn’t properly cleaned in many areas. Most staff seemed unwilling to help or bothered to do their jobs. One young boy was polite and helpful, but the rest were useless. One of the women even gave me false information about gym opening and closing times and said I had to book sessions in advance. The hotel is poorly looked after and nowhere near its potential. It does a disservice to the great hospitality and food found in most of Albania. For anyone visiting Albania for the first time, I’d warn you to make time to visit the south for a real Albanian holiday experience.

The hotel looks luxurious, but the room prices are high for what you actually get. I’d give the service zero out of ten. Our room had no toilet paper or towels, and I had to ask the receptionist twice to bring them because one request wasn’t enough. Breakfast was a bit of a mess, with loads of sheep's looking for plates, cutlery, and drinking glasses. I also left some clothes behind. They told me to get in touch on WhatsApp, and after a few messages they stopped replying. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I stayed for almost ten days and had a really nice time here. The rooms are spacious, the food is good, and the staff are good too. I love this place and we’ll definitely come back again and again 👍. Thank you.
