We had no idea what to expect on our first trip to Albania, and the experience was beyond anything we could have imagined. Gerti, the manager, is the best guy ever. His kindness, smartness and hospitality are unbelievable. Amir at reception was also the best man we’ve met. Enles is very clean and quiet, and because it’s family run, it really feels like home. They look after you like family. You have to visit their beachside restaurant too, the food, service and drinks are a story of their own, the best in Durrës. We can’t express our gratitude enough. You’re masters at what you do, and we wish you all the best. We can’t wait to come back next year. You’ve changed our minds about where to spend summer. Lots of love to everybody in Enles xx.

The room was clean and fresh, and hotel staff were polite and available around the clock. The hotel is two minutes from the beach, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was at the nearby Relax Inn hotel. There was a good range of food and fruit juices, and the staff were polite. I recommend staying here and think I’ll come back.

The family run hostel is right by the beach, with shops and a nice range of restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s great value for money. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the staff were happy to do anything to make the stay better. Breakfast was a highlight. Two young girls who had just started working there were brilliant, as was the head chef.

I visited in March and had a lovely stay. Gerti, Vollga, Behan and everyone else were friendly and helpful. I hope I got those names right. They suggested places to visit and helped with food and anything else I needed. The service was good, and the location was okay, fairly close to the beach. It was a good experience overall.

It’s right between the beach and one of the main roads, and we walked no more than 10 minutes to reach the part of the beach we liked. The location couldn’t be better. Our spacious, clean room had an en suite toilet, so it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The price was fantastic. Staff were very kind and welcoming, and the service stayed fantastic even though we checked out late. We had a really great stay.
