The staff were wonderful, especially Bona, who always remembered my name and told me about the food, the area, and the culture. I can’t imagine anyone kinder or more generous. Mike at the coffee bar was also so friendly and made the best morning coffee you could want. I spent a week here off-season, from Dec 28-Jan 2. The hotel was clean and quiet, right on the beach, with delicious food and a view across the bay toward Durres. Every sunset was worth a photo. I was sad to leave and look forward to coming back. Thanks to the great staff!

We sat at the Elva beach bar for a lovely Aperol Spritz, then had seafood pasta and chicken pizza. The food came out pretty quickly, and the seafood pasta was absolutely delicious.

Having the beach just a few steps away made our stay even better. The rooms were comfortable with lovely views, and the hotel was very clean. Staff were polite and always willing to help, and there was plenty of delicious food. We felt welcome and at ease at Hotel Elba, and would gladly return.

I was really disappointed by the reception staff. They were cold, unhelpful, and unprofessional, and acted as if they didn’t care about welcoming guests respectfully. They also charge 50 euros if you lose the lift chip. That policy is outrageous and feels like taking advantage of guests. I hope management takes this seriously. No one deserves to be treated this way.
