Hotel Villa Pascucci

Beautiful decor and a luxurious atmosphere, with attentive staff and outstanding service. The food was exquisite and carefully presented. It’s a top-class restaurant in a perfect location. Highly recommended.

We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who were courteous and highly professional from the start. Villa Pascucci is within walking distance of Durrës's main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made the location excellent. Our room felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. The surroundings were quiet and well insulated, so we slept comfortably, though the standard double bed was smaller than we would have preferred. It’s good value with a high standard of service. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Durrës.

The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, and the sunbeds were fantastic. There are two beautiful pools in separate areas, though one was rented out for a private event for a day. That left very little space for other guests, and we weren’t given any advance notice. We stayed at this 5-star hotel on vacation, but it didn’t fully meet expectations. Breakfast was the exact same each day and got boring. Food wasn’t labeled for allergens, and many dishes had nuts, making safe choices difficult for guests with allergies. One room had a persistent urine smell, especially in the bathroom. We reported it to reception three days in a row. They said they’d tell housekeeping, but nothing seemed to improve, and it didn’t feel like anyone took the problem seriously. The air conditioning in that room also didn’t work properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel has potential, but management and attention to detail need improvement in several important areas.

The whole atmosphere at Hotel Villa Pascucci is peaceful and luxurious, and the rooms are elegant and spotless. Service is outstanding, the breakfast is delicious, and the spa is relaxing. Every detail feels carefully thought out. A true hidden gem, and I can’t wait to come back!
