Hotel Vino

What makes me want to return to Durres is Hotel Vino and its hardworking staff. They’re always doing what they can to make the stay better, and the beach is only a few steps away. My room was cleaned every day, which matters a lot to me, and Flora made sure it was spotless each time I came back. Lela was especially helpful, answering every question clearly and speaking fluent English. I was surprised and pleased when she also spoke fluent Turkish with me. For a peaceful, hassle-free holiday, I’d book Vino again.

We had a long, problem-free holiday, and Lela helped make that possible. She put a huge effort into pointing us toward fun places to visit around the city and was always ready to help. Desi and the rest of the hotel team deserve thanks too, as does Flora for keeping the place so clean. Hotel Vino has peaceful, tidy rooms with a sea scent in the air. For us, Hotel Durres is one of the cleanest places to stay in Durres, and Lela’s hospitality stood out.

The rooms are large, and the AC worked great. The fridge barely got cold, and some of the hardware is broken, but I still enjoyed this more than other hotels. Breakfast was usually cold, though it tasted good. There’s free parking in an underground garage. One thing to know: the balcony light can’t be switched off, and a nearby place plays loud music until midnight.

We’d stay here again if we’re in Durrës. The beach is a two-minute walk away, and there’s a supermarket right next door. Our room was roomy, with a huge comfortable bed and a balcony off both the bedroom and living room. It also had a mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend it 100%.
