Majestic Apartment

I’m very disappointed with the room and the hotel’s upkeep. The jacuzzi barely came on, and the water was ice cold. The drawers felt so flimsy I was afraid to open them in case they broke. Lighting was especially bad: just a few cheap lamps that hurt my eyes across the room. For €80, I expected much better conditions and maintenance. At that price, I could get a well-kept apartment suite with everything in good shape. I won’t stay at this kind of hotel again. The photos and videos they post on Booking and other social media are misleading. Do not come here.

The Junior Ensuite was lovely, with a sea view, and we stayed three nights. It’s well placed for the beach. Dinner at the restaurant was good and breakfast was okay. But the shower wasn’t clean: there was lots of hair in the bathroom, probably left by previous guests, and the blocked drain brought more hair back up. The room TVs were small and only had local channels, with no Netflix or YouTube. At checkout, we were charged €37 for two beers, two Red Bulls, and some crisps from the minibar. Nobody mentioned the charge when we checked in, and those refreshments were overpriced.

Kavi was especially lovely with our kids. He was so kind and welcoming, and they were happy to see him every day. The rest of the staff were friendly too, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We found the location cute and convenient, and the atmosphere pleasant. We’d read some critical comments about breakfast, but we enjoyed it: plenty of choices, all fresh and well prepared. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and in Albania. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Being right by the beach is hard to beat, and the restaurant is among the best in the area. Staff and service were the best part of the hotel. Rooms are functional, and breakfast is okay with traditional choices. Good value for staying and eating here. I can recommend it.
