The spa was great, and the room was clean with the basic amenities we needed. We stayed at the hotel and tried its restaurant because it’s a little way from the city center. Staff were attentive, though the women could smile more, and the men were polite. I wouldn’t recommend the seafood crudo, but the appetizers and risotto were tasty. It was a decent, comfortable option at a reasonable price. We had a good experience, just nothing exceptional.

The spa was the letdown for us. The jacuzzi was cold, the sauna barely warm, and the steam room stayed broken throughout our visit. Everything else was great: very clean, brilliant staff, and a location right on the beach. The hotel bar was cheap, and the price seemed unbelievable for such a good spot. Breakfast was fab for what it was, with bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal, and plenty of other choices. One of the nicest hotels in Durres. I’d definitely stay again if we come back.

The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were lovely and always ready to help. There’s easy access to the beach, two pools, and a spa area included in the stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. I only wish I’d come in warmer weather so I could swim in the outdoor pool.

Bella and Aurora upgraded me to a beautiful room facing the beach, which made me really happy. Ola greeted me with a big smile and checked me in, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The bar guys were awesome. I had breakfast and an americano in the mornings, then enjoyed some Raki in the evenings while watching England beat Albania. I stayed eight nights and was sad to head home. A must visit, I highly recommend.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was delicious, and the staff were friendly and quick to help with requests. The location is handy for both the beach and city center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had modern amenities. The spa stood out, with professional staff and a range of treatments that helped me unwind after the beach or exploring the city. A comfortable, relaxing place with good service. I’d definitely stay again.
