We just got back from a wonderful holiday in Albania and want to thank the hotel team for making it so enjoyable. From arrival to departure, the service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help. Marlene deserves a special mention. She made a real personal effort to make sure we had what we needed and always took time to check in. Her knowledge and advice about local customs, places to visit, and the area's dos and don'ts were invaluable and made the holiday even better. Kevin was excellent too and gave great support whenever we needed it, but Marlene really stood out for her warmth, dedication, and attention to detail. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. Marlene is a real asset to the hotel and a great example of customer service. She played a huge part in making our stay memorable. Thanks again to her, Kevin, and the whole team for a fantastic holiday. The pools and beach were great, and the room was spacious and clean throughout. The food was delicious, too. The bartenders were friendly, especially Geni and Daniel.

Carlota, the guest experience manager, was especially kind and supportive, and the rest of the staff were great too. We had a wonderful all-inclusive stay with a great kitchen. I’d recommend this hotel if you want a safe, beautiful seaside place in Albania.

The staff were generally very helpful. When I arrived, nobody was there to help with my luggage, but a receptionist kindly offered and took it to the elevator. The room was clean, though the couch was dusty. There wasn’t a trash can in the room, only one in the bathroom, and we do need bins around the room. I also couldn’t find a paper menu or QR code with clear room service information. They said to call reception, but I’d rather be able to contact the restaurant or room service directly if I wanted something else. I had a good time here, and the hotel was lovely and clean. Breakfast was okay, but the bread was a bit dry and left uncovered. I saw guests touching it with their hands, which felt unpleasant. Tongs were provided, but none of the breakfast staff seemed to notice. Smoking rules also didn’t seem strict, so there were smokers everywhere, which was annoying when I wanted to sit outside. I’m not angry, just think these little things could be better.
