The food was terrible, and after waiting two hours it arrived cold and expired. This was a disaster, the worst restaurant service I've experienced.

I only visited the café for coffee, not the hotel, so I can't comment on the accommodation. The café was clean, nicely decorated, and easy to find, with free Wi-Fi. The staff were polite and welcoming, and I had a very pleasant experience there. I definitely recommend the café.

A quiet, very nice hotel with friendly service.

I don't recommend this hotel. The service isn't good, especially when cleaning staff knock and barge in while you're sleeping or sick, with no respect for your privacy. It's also very expensive for what it offers.

The indoor seats are comfortable in winter, and they give you a bottle of tap water for free. It does tend to get very crowded, though, and the background music is too loud.
