We stayed one night while passing through Elbasan and enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, pleasant, and air-conditioned. The location isn't particularly appealing, but downtown is still within walking distance.

The room itself was modern and pleasant, although it was quite noisy at night. The advertised breakfast was just one piece of toast and coffee, followed by more than 30 minutes of waiting. When I tried to raise this with the staff or manager through booking, the response was rudely that it wasn't their problem, or that at this price I shouldn't expect a better breakfast.

When I arrived for my booking from March 13th to March 16th, 2025, the hotel said everything was already booked and that the receptionist had made the reservation incorrectly. I had called beforehand to confirm and had been told everything was fine. My sister received the same explanation even though her booking was only for March 13th. I have zero trust in them.

The bar staff and owner were very friendly and helpful, but the cleaning was nonexistent. During 12 days, the towels were changed only twice, and the room was never vacuumed or swept. The bathroom wasn't cleaned either. The bad reviews are simply about the lack of cleaning throughout those 12 days, not the bar team.
