Blue Balcony Hotel

My wife and I stayed at blue balcony hotel last week, and the experience was something I won’t forget. The room was very clean and surprisingly big for two people, so we had plenty of comfort. Everyone was kind, including the manager, and everything felt just perfect.

The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very friendly. Otherwise, it was an absolute rip off, and if you have a choice, go somewhere else. Our room was freezing because the heating mentioned in the listing didn’t work. There was no shower curtain, so the tiled bathroom floor became dangerously wet and slippery. We left after two nights because we were so uncomfortable and were promised a refund, but the manager didn’t keep that promise. It seems he’ll steal your money if he gets the chance, while we’re left feeling foolish for believing there are honest people out there. If I could give minus stars, I would.

The professional and friendly staff went beyond their usual duties and helped us deal with a situation we found ourselves in. Our stay at Blue Balcony hotel was also comfortable because the rooms were clean, quiet, and air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi available. The pool was great too.

The family running the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of their way for us. We had very comfortable beds, a great swimming pool, and an excellent breakfast. The hotel was lovely and clean, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
