The rooms were nice and the staff were very kind, so there are no complaints there, but luxury? Definitely not, unless you mean the price. The walls and doors are so thin that you can hear everything from the corridor and neighbouring room. Food was a major problem. Breakfast was the same throughout our 8days stay, with 5 of our 8 meals being eggs, and the juices tasted like the cheapest ones from a store. Lunch and dinner were no better. Both my wife and I got stomach issues and spent a whole day on the toilet, which I can’t remember happening to me recently. The drinks were also disappointing, vodka with cola and gin with sprite, even students drink better. The pool looks large and nice, but its surface needs repair. There are lots of parking spaces and a garage if you want to rent a car. The nearby beach is close and the sunbeds are free, but I’m not judging the hotel for it. The beach was dirty, full of waterplants, muddy-smelling, and the water definitely wasn’t blue. The sand looked like mud mixed with sand, so we went there only 1 day and found it totally not worth visiting.

The entrance looks impressive, with a nice walkway and a gigantic water feature, but cars are allowed to park there until it becomes difficult to pass. Beyond that, this does not feel like a 5 star resort or a luxury spa. There’s no Spa, Fitness area, or kids club, despite those being things I’d expect from a place advertised that way. The all-inclusive offer is also a fluid term here. The best bars and restaurants at both the beach and hotel are reserved for paying customers, while daytime snacks are limited and often involve a very big line. Restaurant food has no variety and is the same every day. The pool and beach are packed daily, sometimes with entrances being sold to "day tourists" even when they aren’t completely full. It feels like sitting among frigo-box tourists like sardines in a can, and the area around the pools isn’t cleaned during the day, leaving it filthy. There are only 2 elevators, so getting one can take a very long time. Staff do nothing about people reserving pool seats with towels left overnight. Do not come here expecting an all-inclusive and luxury stay, because it is far from that.

The room was kept spotless and neatly arranged throughout my stay, which mattered to me because I’m very tidy. The food was fantastic too, and when I asked about some extra charges, the finance staff patiently explained everything in a professional way. Reception was especially good. Fatma, Sara, and Kleant were extremely polite and professional, while F&B Managers Mr Riza and Mr Erion were kind, patient, and helpful. My only negative experience involved the General Manager, Yasin, and his associate, Guest Relations Manager Hysein. They were both very unprofessional and didn’t help at all with the requests our group had.

The bed was comfortable, the design was attractive, breakfast was satisfying, and the bar drinks were delicious without being too expensive. The staff were friendly as well. The bathroom, however, was a real problem. There were still pee spots on the toilet seat when we arrived. It was cleaned very superficially, and we later noticed the other side was still dirty. The flush fell off repeatedly and wasn’t properly repaired even after we asked, so we had to fish it out of the toilet. The bin and toilet brush were broken too. For the price per night, I think some compensation would have been appropriate, but none was offered. I had to ask, and was told that everything could be fixed, so unfortunately not. I accepted the answer, but I didn’t find it very professional. It was okay overall, but definitely not a five-star hotel.

I was staying at the hotel for several nights, but at around midnight I couldn’t get a bottle of water from reception. I was told they couldn’t provide one, and all the nearby shops were already closed, so I had no access to drinking water. That caused unnecessary discomfort and left a very poor impression. Providing basic drinking water should be a normal courtesy at any hotel, whatever the time. You call yourself a luxury hotel, but the hotel couldn’t provide water during the night.
