Brilliant Spa Resort

The food and drinks were both high quality, but the administration service impressed me most. It was the best service I’ve ever experienced, and the overall standard was excellent. You really should come here at least once.

We only visited for dinner at the a la carte restaurant and didn’t stay at the hotel. The food was not good at all, and the service was rude. For better food and service, go to the Gloria Palace a la carte instead. We won’t be coming back.

Klajdi made our dinner for five especially memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and the service was exceptional. The seafood was outstanding too, fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Incredible food and highly recommended!

The only person I would like to thank is the bartender, who was friendly and polite. Unfortunately, almost everything else made this feel like the worst vacation of my life. The rooms were beautiful and clean, but there was absolutely no service. The hotel’s spa center was paid, and the staff couldn’t competently explain how to use the jacuzzi or sauna. When I needed help contacting the tour guide, reception refused and said they had nothing to do with him. The guide, Sibe, worked lazily and carelessly, giving poor tour information and creating problems instead. The food was monotonous and the choice very limited. The sea and beach were dirty, swimming was unpleasant, and there weren’t enough places around the pool. Albania is only just developing its tourism industry, and I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.
